Your PVC, your power.
Without your Permanent Voter Card, you cannot vote. Here's how to get it, check it, and keep it.
1. Register as a new voter
Visit the official INEC voter registration portal during a registration window, complete the online pre-registration, then visit the nearest INEC LGA office for biometric capture.
INEC Portal →2. Check your registration status
If you've registered before, confirm your details (LGA, ward, polling unit) are correct on the INEC verification platform before any election cycle.
Verify on INEC →3. Transfer your registration
Moved to a new LGA? Apply for a transfer through INEC so your PVC is valid where you actually live and vote.
4. Collect your PVC
Once issued, collect your PVC from your LGA's INEC collection centre. Bring a valid ID and your registration slip.
